We love staying here! This time was a little rough. There was a partial power outage one day and the elevators didn't work the next day. We're not young so 3 flights of stairs was a little rough. Breakfast is normally great. This time, not so much. Our room and service was terrific, as usual. We'll be back. Stuff happens, no reason to rush to judgment and abandon a resource that has served us well on multiple occasions for over 5 years.

We usually stay at the Hilton Home2 suites...they did not have a pool that was in service,their loss....PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with Hyatt and will be staying at other locations. The staff was amazing and more than willing to help with anything!The room was super spacious,my kids(9/8)loved it ! The breakfast was very good. My kids loved everything especially the pool!

We booked a double queen room with handicap accessible shower. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk told us they only had a room with 2 double beds - so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite (the room with the queen bed had the handicap shower). My father and I greatly appreciated this during our long road trip with my dog - from GA to RI (stopping in Morristown, NJ).

Room was nice and big! Nice TV, room stayed well air-conditioned. Walkin shower and linens nice. Bed was comfortable, nice pool outdoor area, kitchen well stocked with glasses, silverware and etc. Shampoo and conditioner was actually good. Bartender was nice! Check in process easy.
